Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you and we may both bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you and we may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
